Notes on presentation modalities (oral sessions, symposia and posters)
For presentations, please note the following:
- Presentations should usually be held in English. However, it is also possible to held them in the national languages of Switzerland (German, French, Italian, Romansh). However, in order to bridge the language barriers, the slides or the poster then should be formulated in English.
- The duration of each oral session presentation is 10 minutes with an additional 5 minutes of discussion and question time (the time slot per presentation is therefore a maximum of 15 minutes).
- The duration of each poster presentation is 2 minutes. After all short presentation, there will be time for individual discussion at the poster.
